NVBP’s Best Garlic Bread


  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 1/2 tbsp. NVBP’s Garlic Plus Seasoning
  • 1 (1 lb.) loaf Italian bread, cut into 1/2 inch slices
  • 1 (8 oz.) package shredded mozzarella cheese


  • Preheat oven to 350°F
  • In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt butter and mix with NVBP’s Garlic Plus Seasoning
  • Place Italian bread on a medium baking sheet and use a basting brush, brush generously with the butter mixture
  • Bake 10 min. or until lightly toasted
  • Remove from heat and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and remaining butter mixture
  • Return to oven approximately 5 min. or until cheese is melted and bread is lightly browned
